What types of YETI Gift Cards are available?
The YETI Gift Card is a physical “Gift Card” or electronically-transmitted digital “E-Gift Card” with monetary value. The term “YETI Card” refers to both the Gift Card and the E-Gift Card.
What is the difference between a YETI Gift Card and E-Gift Card?
A YETI E-Gift Card is an electronic gift card sent to an email address. To purchase, just select an amount, include a message and your YETI E-Gift Card will be emailed to the recipient usually within 24 hours. E-Gift Cards include a gift card number and a PIN that can be used on YETI.com.
A YETI Gift Card is a physical card sent by mail. To purchase, just select an amount, include a message and your YETI Gift Card will be mailed to the recipient and delivered in 2-10 business days. Gift Cards include a gift card number and a PIN that can be used on YETI.com.
How do I purchase a YETI Gift Card?
YETI Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can be purchased on YETI.com by following these steps:
1. Visit the Gift Card page.
2. Choose your delivery method:
a) e-mail: Digital YETI E-Gift Card sent via email, usually within 24 hours.
b) mail: Physical YETI Gift Card sent by mail, delivered in 2-7 business days.
Orders placed by 1:00 PM CT, will be processed same-day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CT, will be processed the following business day. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Select your Card design.
4. Select your Card denomination.
5. Select add to cart.
5. Select view cart and check out to proceed with checkout.
Can I send multiple physical YETI Cards to different addresses in the same order?
No, multiple physical YETI Gift Cards cannot be sent to different delivery addresses in the same order. Individual orders are required for each physical YETI Gift Card delivery address. However, multiple physical YETI Gift Cards can be sent to the same address.
Can I send multiple digital YETI E-Gift Cards to different email addresses in the same order?
Yes, you can send multiple digital YETI E-Gift Cards to different email addresses. When purchasing the digital YETI E-Gift Card, enter the specific recipient email when selecting the digital YETI E-Gift Card.
Can I purchase a digital YETI Card and physical YETI Card in the same order?
No, physical YETI Gift Card and digital YETI E-Gift Card purchases must be completed in separate transactions.
Can I purchase a YETI Card and Merchandise in the same order?
No, YETI Cards cannot be purchased in the same order with merchandise. If you would like purchase both a YETI Card and merchandise, you would need to complete two separate transactions.
Why don’t I see my YETI Card in my cart?
YETI Cards will not appear in the same product cart that you might have your Ramblers & Tundra’s in because they require a separate check out. Likewise physical YETI Gift Cards & e-Gifts will be found in separate carts for check out.
Will I be charged a shipping fee when purchasing a YETI Gift Card on YETI.com?
YETI Gift Cards qualify for free standard shipping.
How will I know that an E-Gift Card has been sent?
You will receive an email notification that your E-Gift Card has been sent. If you have any questions or concerns with the status of an E-Gift Card contact YETI here.
Can I combine or consolidate multiple YETI Cards?
You may not consolidate or combine multiple YETI Cards to purchase a new YETI Card or combine multiple YETI Cards into one YETI Card.
Where can I redeem a YETI Card?
Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise online only at YETI.com, During check-out there is a Gift Card field on the payment section where you can enter the YETI Card number and PIN.
Are there any exceptions for redeeming YETI Cards?
YETI Cards can’t be used to purchase the following:
- The YETI Card is not eligible for use with products from YETI Custom Shop
- YETI Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards from YETI.com
- YETI Cards cannot be used to make payments on any charge account or payment plan
- YETI Cards cannot be applied to international orders outside of the US
How many YETI Cards can be used in a single transaction?
Up to 5 YETI Cards can be used in a single transaction.
How can I pay for a YETI Card?
YETI Cards can be purchased online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express Credit Card.
Can I include a message with my YETI Card purchase?
Yes, YETI Cards purchased online at YETI.com can include a custom message.
Can I return my YETI Card?
YETI Cards are non-refundable.
Does my YETI Card expire?
YETI Cards do not expire.
Does my YETI Card have any fees?
The YETI Card has no fees.
Can YETI Cards be redeemed for cash?
YETI Cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
What happens if my YETI Card is lost or stolen?
Safeguard your YETI Card and treat it as cash. Lost or stolen YETI Cards will not be replaced.
What happens if my Gift Card is damaged?
If the card number and PIN are still readable, you can still access the funds of the Gift Card.
If you have all the required proof of purchase of a YETI Card and it is subsequently lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise rendered non-functional, or if you believe that someone has copied your YETI Card, contact YETI here or call 1-512-394-9384.
How can I check my YETI Card balance?
Visit the Gift Card page to check your YETI Card balance.
Where can I find my PIN number?
On physical Gift Cards, the PIN can be found by gently removing the silver box on the back of the Card. For E-Gift Cards, the PIN will be contained in the email in which the E-Gift Card is delivered.
What is the PIN number for?
The PIN number is required for YETI Card redemption or to check the balance.
How long is the PIN number?
PIN numbers are 4 numerical digits.
Can I purchase a YETI Card outside of the United States?
YETI Cards can only be purchased in the United States.
Can I ship a YETI Card to a PO Box?
YETI Cards can be shipped to a PO BOX.
Can I use my YETI Card outside of the United States?
YETI Cards can only be used online at YETI.com and shipped to an address within the United States.
Can I reload my YETI Card?
YETI Cards are not reloadable.
Can I return my YETI product that I used a YETI Card to purchase?
Your YETI product can be returned in accordance with the YETI Returns Policy. Credits can be issued on a new YETI Card up to the original value of the YETI Card or the value used to complete the purchase being returned. The new YETI Card is usually issued within 10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. During peak season times it may take up to 15 business days for a new card to be issued. If a credit card was also used to complete the purchase being returned, those funds will return to the original form of payment.
