LIMITED WARRANTY

YETI Coolers, LLC (“YETI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all YETI products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period (outlined below), subject to the below conditions.

 

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

 
  • You must have purchased the product from a YETI website, store, or authorized dealer;
  • You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from the YETI website, store or authorized dealer;
  • You must return the product to YETI; and
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.

If a defect occurs as the result of the product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will replace, at our discretion, without charge, the defective product or part.

 

If the product has been customized by YETI, the customized mark will also be replaced. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.

 

WARRANTY PERIOD

FIVE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD

 

The following products have a five-year Warranty Period from the date of purchase:

THREE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD

The following products have a three-year Warranty Period from the date of purchase:

 

YETI Hopper® | YETI Panga™ | YETI Camino™ | YETI SideKick Dry™ | YETI Lowlands™ Blanket | YETI Trailhead™ Dog Bed | YETI Crossroads™

 

We will make every effort to replace limited edition or discontinued products but cannot guarantee their availability for replacement. Any limited edition or discontinued product still under its applicable warranty that cannot be replaced with an identical product will be replaced with a similar or equivalent model or color based on availability.

 

We may make changes to products and designs in between the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. Products replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

 

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

There are, however, some circumstances in which a YETI warranty doesn't cover the refund or replacement of a product, and all such sales are final. The following products do not have a YETI warranty:

 
  • YETI Sleeping Bag
  • Any YETI product purchased through the RESCUE program
  • 12" Cast Iron Skillet Kit

Once you’ve filled out your warranty claim using the link above, an Outfitter on our warranty team will respond back within 1-2 business days following a review of your request.

 

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

If your warranty claim is approved, you will be supplied with a Return Material Authorization number (“RMA#”) and a pre-paid shipping label. Please do not ship your product to us prior to receiving your RMA#.

 

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely in adequate cardboard packaging to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This will include your printed RMA# and packing slip.
  • Attach your return label to the package.
  • Ship your return based on the shipping label provided.
 

If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the RMA# inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

 

There are no express warranties other than the warranty set forth herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL YETI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

 

The warranty is only available in the United States. No YETI reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

 

YETI’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be replacement of non-conforming products.
