Artboard FAQ

Yes. With our Artboard feature, you can add up to 10 custom elements per side, including uploaded images, gallery images, text, and monograms. Arrange them however you like by resizing, rotating, and layering to create your design.

If your cart is eligible for 4 interest-free payments with Klarna, you will be able to select Klarna as a payment method during checkout. After your order is shipped, you will be charged for the first payment. Klarna will send a notification once the payment has been processed. You will be informed ahead of time before the next payments.

Just select an element to get started:

  • Click and drag the element to reposition it within the design area
  • Use the resize handle in the bottom right corner to make the element larger or smaller
  • Use the rotate control in the top left corner to adjust the element's orientation
  • Click the X in the top right corner to remove the element from your design

Minimum size limits help ensure your design appears clearly and looks great on the finished product. Limits vary by element type:

  • Images (uploaded, gallery, or AI‑generated): Can be scaled down to 50 percent of their original size
  • Monograms: Minimum height of 0.500 inches
  • Text: Minimum height of 0.125 inches

Once an element reaches its minimum size, it cannot be made smaller.

Yes. You can stack and overlap elements, such as placing text over an image, to create more dynamic designs.

No. When you add a new element, it will start centered in the design area.

If you move it, it will not automatically re-center. Guide lines will appear as you drag to show when your design is aligned.

Tip: Your product will be customized exactly as shown, so use the guide lines to finalize placement.

No. The dotted box indicates the marking area for your design. If you move an element outside the dotted box, it will automatically snap back inside the marking area. Text will also automatically wrap to fit within the marking area.

Designing with Artboard is free, but standard customization fees still apply:

  • One customization fee is applied per side, no matter how many elements you add
  • Each unique uploaded logo or image has a one-time logo fee (you won’t be charged again if you reuse the same file)
  • Each AI generated image has a one-time logo fee (you won’t be charged again if you reuse the same file)

Note: AI designs and custom uploads, including uploaded logos and photos, always have an associated fee, even on bulk orders.
