Bethany has been competing professionally in CrossFit since 2017 and has been on our radar for almost as long, bringing her hardworking and fun-loving personality to local Austin events. Over the years, Bethany has been described as “a force”, bringing her standard of excellence to everything she does, which for her includes being thoughtful, caring, and kind, and expecting to work hard for everything she wants. 

But Bethany is a standout for many reasons, including her ability to not let life’s curveballs set her back. She works hard, pivots, and goes with the flow, all while putting one determined foot in front of the other. We could all take a page out of Bethany’s book, and we’re proud to have her on the team.
