HOW LONG DOES CUSTOMIZATION TAKE?

Customization takes an estimated 1 - 2 weeks for processing. At times, these can shift depending on the overall volume of orders, but we work hard to get your products out the door as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with updates and estimated delivery dates. Custom orders are not eligible for expedited shipping. 

ARE THERE GUIDELINES OR RESTRICTIONS ON CUSTOM TEXT?

Yes, we’re unable to customize products with text or images that are licensed, copyrighted, or have profane nature. To ensure this, all our custom orders are reviewed before processing and are subject to cancellation. For more details, see our for customization.
