Professional skier Craig Murray is described by Jermey Jones as "a multisport weapon." At 27 he’s been pushing what's possible on skis for over a decade and is happiest when immersed in different outdoor environments, whether it's at the top of a mountain, in a forest, desert, or underwater. Growing up in Aotearoa/New Zealand where all of these environments are accessible and often collide, he says, “shaped my mentality and personality” — a personality that focuses on inclusion and bringing people into the sport.
Friends of his attest, he’s generous with his time, talent, and energy, (check out his custom adventure bus optimized to accommodate all of his friends) and pushes the sport by bringing more people in. Craig is the co-founder and director of Gritt Youth Program, an organization dedicated to building community through inclusivity and performance in outdoor sports for youth.
While Craig has the kind of skill that makes massive achievements look easy, he’s an incredibly hard worker who prioritizes other people, and for that we’re proud to say he’s one of us.
