The Hopper® M20 Soft Backpack Cooler allows you to put the day on your back - literally. This hands-free cooler bag comfortably straps on like a backpack to keep you mobile, while a strip of ultra-strong magnets keeps the cold locked in. The new MagShield Access opens wide so you can easily load in beer, ice, or your favorite sandwiches. Attach accessories such as the Rambler® Bottle Sling or Sidekick Dry® Gear Case to the HitchPoint™ Grid to keep useful gear at your fingertips. The Hopper® M20 is the cooler that goes where other coolers can’t.

Any and all activities. These backpack coolers are perfect for anywhere you need your hands free and your food and beverages cold. They’re also great for solo journeys or small group gatherings.

How many cans can the backpack coolers carry?

The M12 can fit up to 20 standard 12 oz cans and the M20 up to 36 (cans only, no ice).

Which YETI Thin ICE™ works best with the backpack coolers?

We recommend pairing the M12 with a Medium YETI Thin ICE™, and the M20 with the Large for better cooling power that takes up less space.

How should I clean my backpack cooler?

Simply rinse with soap and water, and dry the inside with a cloth or paper towel. Make sure you wipe down the MagShield Access opening to remove dust or grime. For tougher stains or marks, use a non-abrasive rag. Leave it open and flip upside down to thoroughly dry.

How is the new Hopper^® M12 different from the M20?

The Hopper® M12 shares all the great features and benefits of the M20, but also has a Kangaroo Pocket to keep your phone, keys, and other valuables at hand. It is also a little bit smaller for less capacity needs in case you might be going solo.

Are the Hopper^® M12 and Hopper^® M20 TSA compatible?

Yes, the M12 and M20 backpack coolers should easily fit into the overhead compartment of most planes but call your airline ahead of time to confirm.
