Customization usually takes 2 – 3 weeks for processing. At times, these can shift depending on the overall volume of orders, but we work hard to get your products as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed you will receive an email with updates and estimated delivery dates. Custom orders are not eligible for expedited shipping.
Yes, we’re unable to customize products with licensed, copyrighted, profane, or political in nature text or images. To ensure this, all our custom orders are reviewed before processing and are subject to cancellation. For full details on restricted text, please click here.

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, and customization cannot be changed. However, there is a short window of time (up to 1 hour) after an order is placed when your order can be canceled. For more details, see our Customization FAQ at YETI.com.
