Without bulls, there is no bull riding. Simple enough. And one contractor in particular is responsible for bringing some of the rankest bulls to the sport. But more than a contractor, more than a scout or a businessman, Chad Berger embodies what it means to be a cowboy. And it’s perhaps that deep-rooted cowboy character that ultimately turned a typical Saturday night in Bismarck into a legendary event.
