Genevieve Taylor always brings the heat. The live fire and BBQ expert has authored 13 cookbooks, many focused on the art of cooking over a fire, including the best-selling trilogy CHARRED, SEARED and SCORCHED. Believing that BBQ isn’t just man vs. meat, Genevieve utilizes her biology background to explore the science behind live fire cooking, and even runs a school focused on flames called the Bristol Fire School. Her lifelong love of nature is what drives her to encourage others to explore the heart of cooking through seasonally sourced meats and better cooking methods. When she’s not by the fire pit, she’s walking her dogs, growing her own food, and listening to music a little too loud.
