Program Qualifications

  • Must be a nonprofit organization with an active 501(c)(3) status.

  • Must provide copy of 501(c)(3) IRS Determination letter. Letter must be from the IRS and should make reference to your nonprofit designation. We cannot accept EIN numbers, W-9, or state documents.

  • If tax exempt, documentation for order destination state must be submitted prior to order placement (separate from IRS Determination Letter).

  • All product purchased through the program must be used for fundraising initiatives.

  • Order minimum: $350.00 after discount (excludes tax and shipping).

  • Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

  • YETI reserves the right to fill or not fill orders at our sole discretion through the discount program. Pricing and product availability subject to change.

Donation Requests


YETI is unable to offer in-kind product donations for individuals or organizations. Qualified nonprofit organizations will receive a discount on select products available through the YETI Fundraising Program.

ORDER PLACED/REVIEWED

Approve the quote and place order. 1-2 business days to review.


ARTWORK CONVERTED

Once the order is placed, conversion takes up to 5 days business days.


DRINKWARE PRODUCTION TIME

10 business days (after payment/art approval has been made).


CUSTOM COOLER PRODUCTION TIME

Soft Coolers 4-6 Weeks (after payment/art approval has been made).

Hard Coolers 10-12 Weeks (after payment/art approval has been made).


SHIPPING TIMELINE

Ground (4-5 business day average).

DO YOU OFFER DONATIONS TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS?

YETI is unable to offer in-kind product donations. Qualified nonprofit organizations will receive a discount on select products available through the YETI Fundraising Program.


HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THE FUNDRAISING PROGRAM?

Nonprofit organizations with an active 501(c)(3) status may apply for the YETI Fundraising Program. All product purchased through the program must be used for fundraising initiatives. To check eligibility, please apply for the YETI Fundraising Program. Applications not completed in their entirety will not be reviewed. Qualified applicants will receive quotes within 1-2 business days.


YETI reserves the right to fill or not fill orders at our sole discretion through the discount program. Pricing and product availability subject to change.


CAN I RESELL PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE FUNDRAISING PROGRAM?

Blank product purchased through the YETI Fundraising Program may not be resold. Qualified product usage includes: Raffles, Auctions, Gifts, Giveaways, etc. Custom product with your organization’s logo may be resold for fundraising initiatives.


DO YOU ACCEPT TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATES?

Tax exempt documentation must be provided prior to order placement (separate from IRS Determination Letter). Rules around tax exempt status vary state to state so all documents will be reviewed by our Finance Department prior to removing tax.


WHAT IF I AM NOT A 501(c)(3) NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION?

All nonprofit organizations that do not qualify for the YETI Fundraising Program may purchase product through our Corporate Sales bulk discount program. To receive bulk pricing and product information, please submit a quote request.


WHICH PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE FUNDRAISING PROGRAM?

We offer a wide range of drinkware, hard goods, and soft goods. For the most up-to-date product offerings and required minimums, please submit the Fundraising Application with requested products of interest. Please note that inventory is subject to availability. Quotes are not a guarantee of inventory availability.


CAN I CUSTOMIZE PRODUCTS WITH MY ORGANIZATIONS LOGO?

Certain drinkware, hard goods, and soft goods can be customized with your logo. For the most up-to-date product offerings and required minimums, please submit the Fundraising Application with requested products of interest and include your logo for a virtual mock up.


HOW DO I PLACE A REORDER THROUGH THE FUNDRAISING PROGRAM?

To place a reorder through the Fundraising Program, please submit a new application. A YETI Fundraising Representative will provide a new quote with the requested product.


WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Full payment is required at time of order. We accept payment by all major credit cards and checks. For additional information on payment, click here.


CAN YOU SHIP ONE ORDER TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?

We offer free ground shipping to one domestic location. All orders will ship via UPS Ground or freight depending on order size.


CAN YOU EXPEDITE PRODUCTION ON MY CUSTOM ORDER?

Our custom facilities operate on a first-in, first-out basis according to current production time. However, we do offer expedited shipping options once your order has been completed. Please contact a Fundraising Representative to receive a quote for expedited shipping.
