I’m surprised to see any bad reviews, this thing is a tank! I’ve had mine over a year and use it every single day. It’s helped me stay hydrated and I love it. Try it with powdered Gatorade if your not a big water drinker.
Had to write this review after seeing bad reviews about the lid. It doesn’t leak, and unless you open it with a chainsaw it’s not going to fall apart lol.

This jug has literally caused damage to my belongings because the lid doesn’t properly seal. No matter how tightly or correctly you put the lid on, it will leak. It is the biggest waste of money yeti has ever produced. I will never buy another product that is not your coolers, until those start to go south because you decrease production quality for profits.

It works!
Well
I’ve had this product for almost a month. I live in Houston Texas and it gets super hot here during the summer months. I like to keep water in my truck but it gets steaming hot when left in truck for any short period of time.
I’ve filled this thing up with room temperature water no ice. Left it in my truck for hours to bake. Even the outside of this thing is crazy hot.
But amazingly the water inside jug stays pretty much the same temperature.
When I added ice water it stayed freezing cold for 2-3 days. Soo cold I couldn’t even drink it without getting brain freeze.
This thing works...very impressed !

Lids are very tight
I’ve had mine for awhile...and the lid doesn’t get any better, just doesn’t OVER tighten it .... seem HOT products make it worse too getting off... like HOT Tea with Sugar ! Cold water with Ice isn’t that bad... I still LOVE it, Ice Water will last 3 days if your working inside a factory

Dissapointing
After less than a year the lid began to fall apart making the jug unuseable, definitely not over engineered or built for the long haul. A waste of money and time.

Terrible lid
We love yeti, with the exception of this jug. The lid on this thing is the absolute worst. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get the lid off. I really wanted to love this, but it was just a waste of money. Don’t waste your time or money.

Lid is tougher than the actual jug.
I absolutely Yeti products, use almost one of everything for the farm; from coolers for vaccines, to load out caddy for doctoring cattle in the field. But nothing is tougher than unscrewing the lid to the rambler jug. Had to put it in the freezer hoping to shrink it enough to get it loose. 2 days in the freezer and a few hammer swings I finally got it off.
