They are creatives driving store and site experience, strategic number crunchers who help drive an omnichannel business, and customer care leaders committed to world-class support. These teams include individuals with backgrounds in retail operations, contact center management, website design & development, performance marketing, ecommerce marketplace strategy and international business.

  • The Finance team is a vital part of YETI’s profitable success. Collectively, they plan and forecast, interact with external stakeholders, manage payables and receivables, ensure controls, and estimate and file taxes. The team members specialize in financial planning and analysis, accounting, external reporting, investor relations, analytics, audit, and tax.

  • The Innovation team is the product engine of YETI, the place where Built for the Wild® comes to life. They are dedicated to making badass outdoor products that set new standards of performance and redefine outdoor categories. The teams are obsessively focused on design and include consumer insights researchers, designers, program managers, engineers, and category managers.

  • YETI University is a hands-on internship program for students who want to learn from some of the outdoor industry’s biggest innovators. Students will gain project experience in a fun and dynamic environment across a number of departments within the company. Come experience daily mentorship, work with some of the best and brightest, and attain new and exciting skills.

  • Our internal IT teams are responsible for the design and development of our global technology infrastructure which support the company’s growing operations. This exciting environment is both dynamic and fast-paced and we look for individuals who love a challenge. Team members have backgrounds in operations, security, service desk, development, business applications, and program management.

  • The YETI Legal team partners closely with every part of YETI to minimize legal risks and costs, reduce litigation exposure, protect YETI’s innovative products and brand, ensure legal compliance and provide strategic guidance. They proactively facilitate transactions and provides advice and counsel to foster sound decision-making and creative problem solving within the business. Team members have backgrounds in brand protection, contracts, litigation, patents and legal affairs.

  • Everything you see, read, or watch from YETI is sparked by our marketing team. They’re responsible for making sure everything YETI puts out in the universe stays true to who we are. The team consists of writers, designers, video and content producers, brand managers, PR, media relations, social media and event specialists, and yes, even cowboys, musicians, anglers, surfers, BBQ experts, mountaineers, and hunters, too.

  • The Production & Warehouse teams provide customization for various YETI products. The team runs a fast-paced work environment and makes sure our production goals are met while delivering the highest quality product. Team members have backgrounds in machine and warehouse operations.

  • Our Retail stores provide the pinnacle opportunity for customers to experience YETI first hand. To YETI Retail employees talking about YETI products with fellow enthusiasts comes naturally. It’s the Retail team’s goal to have the customer leave the store excited about the store experience and confident in their product selection.

  • Our Sales team serves and supports several channels of growth by selling products to independent dealers, regional key accounts, large national accounts, and identify opportunities for corporate sales and fundraising partnerships. We focus on establishing strong relationships with our various wholesale dealers and corporate partners while passionately positioning the YETI brand in an authentic manner that best engages new and existing consumers.

  • Deep in the heart of YETI, the Operations team enables YETI to provide world class products and service to our customers. Our team finds the best suppliers, plans and purchases material, validates product and process quality, manages inventory, fulfills customer orders, and improves customer support. We do all of this to ensure our customers get the right products, at the right places, in the right conditions, at the right times. The team includes individuals who specialize in procurement, supply chain, demand planning, quality control, transportation and logistics.
