Get to drinking faster with the Rambler® Bottle Chug Cap. It just takes a quick half-twist of the TripleHaul™ Handle to open and then you’re good to go, making it easy to steal a sip without slowing down. Its classic spout allows for speedy gulps, plus it’s shatter-resistant and dishwasher safe, like the rest of the YETI Rambler accessories. And while your friends don’t need to chant “chug” as you drink from the Chug Cap, we certainly don’t think it hurts to add to the experience.

The Chug Cap is not intended for use with hot beverages. Learn more about product use and safety on our FAQ page.

RATINGS & REVIEWS

Rambler Bottle Chug Cap is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 2047.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good idea, bad execution. Recently purchased a bottle with the chug cap and after only a few days and frequent washes, the cap has a bad odor to it. I have to clean it every morning and every night now. I purchased one locally as well for my girlfriend and she has the exact same issue. Also, the threads are not well thought out. Adding ice to this is a pain because the bottom set of threads becomes tighter and tighter each time you put the cap back on. Going to have to buy another cap.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cap keeps stripping I’ve gone through a few of these and they strip like clockwork after 6-8 months. Not a product becoming of Yeti’s other great products.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Broken bottle cap. After about a month or two the seal on my chug cap has ripped and broken. I have taken a picture if that would help. But now the cap leaks and won’t seal properly. Other than that the product is great and I have purchased others with no issues.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from bad design I bought my yeti about a month and a half ago and love everything about it expect the chug cap. The threads have already been stripped and the cap does not screw on all the way allowing it to leak.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Another stripped cap Another cap with stripped threads. I think that the real issue is with the softer plastic in the lid and the relatively sharp acrylic threads on the spout- think steel bolt and an aluminum nut. This combo means that you don't have to reef on the lid to accidentally cross-thread it, and once it's been cross-threaded, it will not thread correctly again. The wide cap/ narrow threaded section (to be fair, this is the point of this cap) makes it harder to visually make sure that the lid is going on straight. When it was working, I loved it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Design Seems like I am not the only one. But I have purchased a 18oz rambler with the chug cap and within a month and a half, the threads have been stripped and cap falls off! In addition the bottle does sweat between where the rambler and main body of the cap area in the stainless steel portion of the rambler.. I had purchased a Yeti in thoughts of its superior quality but this is very disappointing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Difficult in multiple ways I bought this for my 36oz bottle about 1.5 years ago. Initially it seemed fine, but it became a very frustrating product. Firstly, the rubber grip on the lid to remove from the bottle is difficult to get a hold of sometimes. It becomes almost impossible to grip and occasionally I have to use a rag to get it off. The biggest issue I have with the lid is that water always gets in between the two parts of the lid, and spills all over the place when I go to take a drink. So I am constantly paranoid about keeping the bottle vertical to prevent this.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Was great while it lasted! I bought this this spring and the threads have worn and now the top only spins and spins, it never seals. I enjoyed it until now, but it doesn't seem to last longer than a couple months.
