We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK® Hopper®, Panga™, LoadOut™, Silo®, Camino™, Hondo, or Rambler® to good use sooner.
YETI offers free UPS Ground shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Military addresses are not eligible for free shipping. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)
Reminder: All custom logo, collegiate, or monogrammed products will require additional processing time.
We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM CT for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.
The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options. Note that expedited shipping options do not expedite production time frames on customized product. Customized products are not currently eligible to be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Also please note that all YETI Tundra, Hopper, Roadie, LoadOut, and Panga boxes ship with "YETI" written on all sides of the box.
YETI and UPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2020. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.
YETI uses UPS Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. YETI ships UPS Ground within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. We offer UPS SurePost option if you wish to ship to a PO Box. Please select UPS SurePost as your shipping option in checkout. Not all products are eligible to ship to a PO Box including the Tundra 250 and Tundra 350.
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. YETI does not accept returns on customized products or items purchased outside of YETI.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on YETI.com for the correct item.
All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds and exchanges.
