Customization takes an estimated 1 - 2 weeks for processing. At times, these can shift depending on the overall volume of orders, but we work hard to get your products out the door as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with updates and estimated delivery dates. Custom orders are not eligible for expedited shipping.

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, and customization cannot be changed. However, you may cancel your order within 1 hour after it is placed. For more details, see our Customization FAQ.
