Is it leakproof when the lid is on?
No, the lid is not leakproof but it will keep cans and ice in while keeping bugs and debris out.
What colors will it be available in?
The beverage bucket will be available in White, Navy, Stainless and our seasonal color High Desert Clay while it’s offered.
Is the bucket customizable?
Yes, the bucket is customizable.
Will the lid be sold separately?
Each beverage bucket comes equipped with a lid. However, if you need a replacement, lids will also be available for purchase.
What is the name of the lid?

How heavy is it?
When empty, it’s 6.65 pounds. When filled with water, it’s 22 pounds, but less when hauling cans and ice.
What is the height of the tallest beverage you can put inside and still use the lid?
A 16 ounce tall can will fit inside with the lid installed.
How long will it hold ice?
We can’t guarantee a specific amount of time, but the bucket is supremely insulated like our drinkware so you can count on it keeping ice for hours.
Does the lid improve ice retention?
Yes, the lid will increase thermal performance and we always recommend using the lid when the bucket is filled with ice.
Are there any tips or tricks for optimizing ice retention?
To make sure your ice lasts well into the night, keep it out of direct sunlight, pack in the maximum amount of ice, and keep the lid on as much as possible.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes, the bucket and lid are both dishwasher safe.
Are replacement gaskets available?
No, but you can purchase a replacement lid.
What is the warranty?

Is the bottom non-slip ring replaceable?
No, the non-slip ring is not replaceable.
Is it food safe?
Yes, this can be used with food and drinks.
Can I put it in my cooler?
This is built to keep your ice and drinks cold on its own, we don’t recommend placing the bucket in your cooler.
Is the bucket compatible with YETI® Ice?
No, this is not built to be used with any YETI® Ice Block or Sheet.
Is it dry ice compatible?
No, do not use this with dry ice.
Does the lid come with a one-way gasket or pressure release valve?
The lid has a pass-through hole.
When fully loaded, will the product dent or get damaged if dropped?
While the bucket is extremely durable, it may dent or scuff if dropped, but don’t worry it will still be fully functional.
What grade of stainless steel is it made of?
The bucket is made from 18/8 304 stainless steel
Any best practices for exposure to the sun or heat?
We recommend keeping it out of direct sunlight.
Does the YETI™ Scoop attach or tether to the bucket?
No, the Scoop works great with the bucket but it does not attach.
Can the bucket and YETI™ Scoop be used together for pet food?
We don’t recommend using these for your furry friend’s food.
