ÂWhat is YETI® Rambler® Drinkware?
ÂYETI® Drinkware is over-engineered. Our stainless steel Tumblers, Bottles, Colster® Can Insulators, Mugs, Wine Tumblers, Stackable Cups and Jugs are designed with double-wall vacuum insulation, and a No Sweat™ Design. The tumblers will keep your soda, beer, wine, and mixed drinks ice cold. And the Colster® Can Insulators are like a steel bear hug for your cans and longnecks. As for our bottles, they go wherever there’s a need for ice-cold or piping-hot beverages. They’re designed for easy loading, drinking, and cleaning. Select Rambler® sizes come in a range of Duracoat™ Colors.

ÂNo. Do not use any YETI Rambler Drinkware on a stovetop or over an open flame or heat source of any kind.
ÂWhat's the warning label and instruction for use for my Rambler® Drinkware?
ÂWarnings and Care and Use instructions are dependent on the lid or cap being utilized. Rambler® Bottles are not intended for use with carbonated beverages or for storage of perishables, including food and drinks that will spoil. These items can cause pressure to build up over time which can result in the cap being difficult to remove; or, forcefully eject and cause injury. The Rambler® Straw Cap and Rambler® Straw Lid are not intended for use with hot beverages. Please see below warnings to ensure you are using your Rambler® Drinkware and as intended.

How long will my Rambler® Drinkware keep ice?
ÂDue to all the variables that can affect ice retention, we can’t guarantee a precise amount of time that your Rambler® Drinkware will hold ice. However, more ice is better when it comes to your Rambler® Tumblers or Bottles. We suggest filling your Rambler® Drinkware with as much ice as possible.
ÂIce is melting in my Rambler® Drinkware as quickly as a plastic cup. Why?
ÂWe designed the Rambler® Tumblers and Bottles to live up to the YETI standard, which means unbeatable durability and unparalleled ice retention. If you feel like your Rambler® Drinkware is underperforming, reach out about your YETI Warranty. We take pride in the products we make. If anything is wrong, we’ll make it right. Read up on our Warranty Policy to determine if a Warranty Claim is necessary.
ÂCan I get my Rambler® customized?
ÂYes, customization is available when purchasing through YETI.com. We use a process that creates a permanent finish on the exterior of your YETI® Drinkware. This process creates the most premium, durable finish that won’t crack or peel off over time. It will also keep your 5-year warranty intact and ensures a quality customization process. For more information on customization for the YETI® Rambler®, click here.
ÂWhat products are available for Rambler® customization?
ÂMost of our stainless and DuracoatTM drinkware can be customized, however certain products may be excluded due to product availability, limited marking areas, or difficulties in marking due to the design of the product. Any product that is customizable will have our customizer option available during checkout. Click here for instructions on how to complete this process. For Business orders, please contact our Corporate Sales program. ÂCan I add my name to the back of a licensed image?
ÂBackside customization, including text, monogram, or additional custom logos, are not available with some of our licensed images (NFL, MLBâ„¢, Collegiate, Greek, or National Parks) due to our contracts with those license holders.
ÂWhat are the fees associated with customization?

For orders of 24 units or more, front-side embellishment fees will be waived, but any back-side customization fees will still apply. ÂWhat is a MagSlider™ Lid?
ÂWe're glad you asked. Built for our Rambler® Tumblers, this closable lid harnesses the power of magnets to help protect against splashes on the go. Learn more about what makes the MagSlider so special here or by watching the video below.
ÂDoes my Rambler® Drinkware lid close?
ÂUsing the power of magnets, your MagSlider™ Lid absolutely closes. If you want the most leak resistance, we suggest a Rambler® Bottle or Rambler® Jug. Even with a MagSlider™ Lid, the Rambler® Tumblers are leak-resistant, not leakproof. If tipped over in a backpack, or jostled in traffic, some liquid will spill out due to pressure releasing inside the tumbler.
ÂHow do I clean my MagSlider™ Lid?
ÂThe MagSlider™ Lid is dishwasher safe and easy to clean by hand. Just pop off the MagSlider, rinse it off and return to the Slider Lid. That's it! Learn more about the MagSlider and cleaning info here.
ÂCan I purchase the MagSlider magnet part separately?
ÂYes, you can purchase the MagSlider Replacement Part here.
ÂThe following products come with a MagSlider™ Lid: Rambler® 10 oz Tumbler, Rambler® 20 oz Tumbler, and Rambler® 30 oz Tumbler.
ÂWhat’s the difference between the MagSlider™ Lid and the Stronghold™ Lid?
ÂThe original MagSlider™ Lid is splash resistant, comes in three sizes, has a single-sliding magnet, and presses on. As for the Stronghold™ Lid, it’s leak-resistant, special-made for the Rambler® 20 oz. & 30. oz Travel Mug (which means it only comes in one size), backed with double-magnet technology, and twists on for an extra-tight fit.
ÂDoes the Stronghold™ Lid fit my other Rambler® Drinkware?
ÂThis lid is special made for the Rambler® 20 oz. & 30 oz. Travel Mug and won’t fit with other Rambler® Drinkware models.
ÂIs the Stronghold™ Lid leakproof?
ÂThe Stronghold™ Lid is leak-resistant (when closed) thanks to its dual-slider magnet technology that adds a strong layer between your free-flowing drink and the outside world. That said, don’t even think about throwing this mug inside your bag. If leakproof drinkware is what you’re after, check out our lineup of Rambler® Bottles and leakproof bottle cap accessories including the Commuter Cap, MagDock™ Cap, and Cup Cap.
