Our Shipping Policy
We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK® Hopper®, Panga™, LoadOut™, Silo®, Camino™, Hondo, or Rambler® to good use sooner.
YETI offers free UPS Ground shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)
Reminder: All custom logo, collegiate, or monogrammed products will require additional processing time.
Shipping Options & Rates
We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM CT for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.
The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options. Note that we are not currently offering expedited shipping on any of our customized coolers or drinkwear products. Customized products are not currently eligible to be shipped via Smart Post to AK, HI, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

YETI and UPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2020. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

Contiguous United States
YETI uses UPS Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. To check your order status, click here.
Shipping to a PO Box
YETI ships UPS Ground within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. We offer UPS SurePost option if you wish to ship to a PO Box. Please select UPS SurePost as your shipping option in checkout. Not all products are eligible to ship to a PO Box including the Tundra 250 and Tundra 350.
Alaska and Hawaii
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

Our Return Policy
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.REQUEST A RETURN

Ins and Outs of the YETI Return Policy
To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:
All returns must be related to a YETI.com order. YETI does not offer returns on items purchased outside of YETI.com.
All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.
Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. YETI does not accept returns on customized product.
For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on YETI.com for the correct item.
YETI does not price match with dealers or competitors.
Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately through our Warranty Form and will be provided with a prepaid shipping label for the return of your eligible YETI product.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:
Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number.
Securely attach your return label to the package.
Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.
If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
