What is a serial number and where can I find it on my YETI?
Your YETI product has a small sticker with a 12-digit serial number and QR code. It’s out of plain sight, but easy to find. This will be different from the product UPC code that starts in either "8888" or "100".

Can I peel the sticker off of my YETI after registering my product?
Yes, once a product has been registered on YETI.com, you can remove it from your YETI.
I registered my product but have not received my complimentary gift.
Registration gifts can take between 6-8 weeks to arrive from the date of your registration. If you still haven’t received your gift after that point, please contact us and we’ll get you taken care of.
Can I edit my registration?
We are currently updating our registration process so we are unable to make any edits to registered product. While we update this process, you will be unable to see your registered product within your YETI.com account.
I gifted a YETI product to someone else and they don't have a code, can they register their product?
Yes, please contact the YETI Outfitter team here to register a product.
What does the code "donotuse" mean under product registrations in my account?
Due to a system upgrade, older registration codes appear this way within your account. These codes are still valid and will continue to remain in your account.
I don't see my registered product in my account. Where is it?
We are currently updating our registration process. During this time, you will be unable to see any new registrations in your account.
I live outside of the U.S. Can I register my YETI?
We currently only allow registration for the US and Canada. To register your product in Canada, click here.
We do not support further international product registrations at this time.
