Ordering by the dates listed below guarantees YETI will ship out your order for on-time delivery by June 15th, before Father's Day. All services are provided by FedEx. FedEx shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events cannot be foreseen and may increase delivery timeframe. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. FedEx expedited options may not be available in all areas.

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased directly from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.


Ins and Outs of the YETI Return Policy

You can return your item(s) purchased from YETI.com up to 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards. YETI does not accept returns on items purchased outside of YETI.com. For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of YETI.com will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.


If you’re returning an item after the initial 30 days but within 60 days after the original date of purchase, you may exchange the item for another YETI item of equal or lesser value. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY FATHER'S DAY PROMOTION - EXPIRED

The "Guaranteed Delivery by Father's Day" offer is only available and valid for orders placed through www.yeti.com to be delivered within the contiguous United States, and is not available or valid for any orders to be delivered to a P.O. Box, Alaska, Hawaii or any other jurisdiction or territory outside of the contiguous United States. To be eligible for this special offer, all orders must be placed before 12:00 noon Central Time on June 13, 2018, and the "Guaranteed Delivery by Father's Day" option must be selected as the shipping method. All deliveries will be made by FedEx or another carrier selected by YETI. Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us as quickly as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We are unable to cancel or modify upon your behalf after the order has shipped.


How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Most shipments will take an additional 1-7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for more information.


Will I be charged for a product that did not ship?

You will only be charged for a product once it has shipped.


Why did I not receive an order confirmation or shipping notification email?

Will I receive a notification or a tracking number when my order ships?

What is YETI's Price Adjustment Policy?

We do not offer credits or refunds for price adjustments and will not price match competitors or dealers.


Can I buy a gift card?

YETI currently does not offer gift cards.


Why do I see multiple transactions on my credit/debit card for the same order?

YETI will authorize your card at the time of purchase, but you won't be charged until your order ships. Multiple transactions may be a result of this initial authorization and will fall off automatically, however, if you continue to see that charge or funds are removed, contact us.


Where do I enter a promotion code?

Where Are YETI Products Manufactured?

Our Shipping Policy

We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK® Hopper®, or Rambler® to good use sooner.


YETI offers free FedEx shipping on qualified orders. Valid in the contiguous United States only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii.


Reminder: All custom logo, collegiate, or monogrammed coolers will require additional processing time. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States (does not apply to HI or AK) and may pertain only to orders above a certain threshold.


Shipping Options & Rates

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM CT for quickest delivery. These options are not available for collegiate coolers. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by FedEx. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping to a PO Box

YETI ships FedEx Ground within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. We offer FedEx SmartPost option if you wish to ship to a PO Box. Please select FedEx SmartPost as your shipping option in checkout. Not all products are eligible to ship to a PO Box including the Tundra 250 and Tundra 350.


Alaska and Hawaii

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.


International Shipping

YETI ships internationally to select countries through our partnership with Borderfree. Borderfree provides a global eCommerce solution for our international shoppers. By partnering with them, we can now provide product prices in the currency of your choice, aggressive international shipping costs, and the lowest possible guaranteed order total.
