Awkward design for carrying
Wife bought this for me and packs my lunch in it.
Words can't adequately express how much i hate it. The handle strap attachment is cleverly positioned so as to ensure it will turn on is side as you carry it and be as awkward as possible. I would accidentally run over it; but I'm afraid she'd buy another tk replace it. Am pleased with some other yeti products though.

Back to the drawing board
I have had the hopper for over year and I use it daily. Lubricated the zipper about every other week. After a month I noticed pieces of zipper missing. Now it won't even close and many pieces are missing. At the price you pay it should last more than a year

Built to last
I work a job where sometimes I can work 14+ hours a day and when I was told I was working that shift I wanted a cooler that was gonna hold up to long hours in a hot, dusty environment. I was hesitant at first because oh how bulky it looks & the sticker shock. Little did I know it was a small price to pay for a great product. After a 14 hour shift or a couple shifts in a row this cooler holds tough. The 2 ice packs I use are still rock solid even with the lid unzipped, your food stays cold & it doesn’t absorb smells like other coolers. This thing is great! I’ll be buying more in the future.
