Product Recall

YETI is issuing a voluntary product recall of the Rambler® 20 oz Travel Mug with Stronghold Lid. The lid’s MagSlider™ and mug contents can be expelled if the mug is filled with hot liquid, sealed with the lid, and agitated or inverted, which can pose an injury hazard. If you purchased a 20 Ounce Travel Mug with Stronghold Lid through YETI.com or at a retail store between October 1 and October 9, 2020 you should stop using the product immediately. If you received your Travel Mug as a gift or purchased second-hand, feel free to email a photo of the lid and our team will be in touch. The Stronghold lid should be returned to YETI for a full refund of the product, including any associated customization or logo fees that were incurred at the time of purchase.

The voluntary recall was only for Rambler 20oz Travel Mug units purchased between the dates of October 1 and October 9, 2020.

RETURNING YOUR STRONGHOLD LID

Once you've emailed us at productrecall@yeti.com, we will respond with the next steps and provide you with a prepaid shipping envelope for the address provided. Your refund will be processed after YETI’s receipt of the recalled lid.

You do not need to send back the full product. We only require the return of the lid, so feel free to keep the mug portion of the product.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

• Pack your lid securely in the provided prepaid shipping envelope.

• Drop off the prepaid shipping envelope at any UPS shipping location.
