Customer Service Nightmare
Ordered book, it came damaged. I was given RMA and replacement was never sent. It was suppose to be a Xmas present. For 2 weeks I got the run around and was never offered a soltution. The only thing I was told over and over again was "sorry". Maybe I was wrong for expecting better service from what I thought was a reliable company. Not once was I offered a solution to a problem that was YETI's fault.
