Eligible orders placed on between 4/27/2019 and 6/12/2019 to be delivered within the contiguous United States by UPS Ground or UPS SurePost shipping are eligible for free shipping. Not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States.

Shipping Cutoff Dates

Ordering by the dates listed below ensures YETI will ship out your order for on-time delivery by Father's Day. All services are provided by UPS. UPS shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events cannot be foreseen and may increase delivery timeframe. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders placed after 10 AM CT may require an additional business day for processing.

Holiday Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.


Ins and Outs of the YETI Return Policy

Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. YETI does not accept returns on customized products or items purchased outside of


You may exchange a purchase for another YETI item of equal or greater value (in which you are responsible for the difference in cost) within 60 days after the original date of purchase. Exchanges for customized product or items purchased outside of will not be accepted.


All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds and exchanges.


For all returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.


All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. Product is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange 60 days after the original purchase date.


To request a return, please complete the return form here. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Order form to include inside the box with your return(s). This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from YETI via phone or website.


YETI does not price match with dealers or competitors.



Can I edit or cancel my order?

We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We are unable to cancel or modify on your behalf after the order has shipped or once a customized product has entered production. For customized product, the timeline for production could be extended depending on the modifications made.

How long does customization take?

Our production timeline shifts daily depending on overall order volume. We process all orders in a first come first serve basis and we promise we are working as hard as we can to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, we offer the option to add a gift message when you checkout. Gift messages will be limited to 80 characters. Please note that all gift messages will not be audited for misspellings, foul language, etc.

Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?

At this time, we are unable to offer backorders or pre-orders for items that are out of stock. Sign up for in-stock alerts to be the first to know when a product is back in stock.

I gifted a YETI product to someone else and they don't have a code, can they register their product?

Yes, please contact the YETI Outfitter team here to register a product.
