Shipping Cutoff Dates

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. We're backed up with orders and experiencing shipping delays. It'll be 2-5 days for standard shipping plus 2-3 days for processing. We really appreciate your patience.

 

Orders placed after 12 PM CT may require an additional business day for processing. All shipping estimates are based on business days, excluding weekends. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

All services are provided by UPS. UPS shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events cannot be foreseen and may increase delivery timeframe. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Also please note that all YETI Tundra, Hopper, Roadie, LoadOut, and Panga boxes ship with "YETI" written on all sides.

 

Holiday Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

Ins and Outs of the YETI Return Policy


To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • All returns must be related to a YETI.com order. YETI does not offer returns on items purchased outside of YETI.com.

  • All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.

  • Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable

  • Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. YETI does not accept returns on customized product.


For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on YETI.com for the correct item.


YETI does not price match with dealers or competitors.


Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately through our Warranty Form and will be provided with a prepaid shipping label for the return of your eligible YETI product.


SHIPPING YOUR RETURN


We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.

  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.

  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number.

  • Securely attach your return label to the package.

  • Ship your return based on the shipping label provided.

If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed we are unable to edit your order. If you would like to cancel and replace your customized order prior to it entering production, please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel non-custom orders once they are submitted but would be happy to assist with authorizing associated returns as needed for eligible products.

How long does customization take?

Our production timeline shifts daily depending on overall order volume. We process all orders in a first come first serve basis and we promise we are working as hard as we can to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible.


You will receive an estimated ship date once your order has been placed and all proofs have been approved.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Gift messages are only offered on orders that contain non-custom product. The option to add a gift message to your order will be offered when at Checkout. Gift messages will be limited to 80 characters. Please note that all gift messages will not be audited for misspellings, foul language, etc.


If you have a custom Rambler or Boomer on your order, you will not be able to add Gift Messaging to your order.

Also please note that all YETI Tundra, Hopper, Roadie, LoadOut, and Panga boxes ship with "YETI" written on all sides.

Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?

At this time, we are unable to offer backorders or pre-orders for items that are out of stock. Sign up for in-stock alerts to be the first to know when a product is back in stock.

I gifted a YETI product to someone else and they don't have a code, can they register their product?

Yes, please contact the YETI Outfitter team here to register a product.

Does YETI honor dealer and competitor price matching or promotions?

No, YETI does not honor dealer and competitor price matching or promotions. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know about YETI deals or promotions.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, you are able to do so within 1 hour of placing your order by visiting our Order Status Form. We are unable to edit custom orders, and we are unable to cancel any orders outsides of this 1 hour window.

How long does customization take?

Please allow a minimum of 1-2 weeks for processing. You will receive an update via email with your estimated ship date range as soon as it is available. Custom order shipments cannot be expedited.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Currently gift messages are only available for orders with non-customized products.

I don't see the color or size I want currently available for custom. Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?

No. Currently, we are unable to accept orders for out of stock items. ​

I gifted a YETI product to someone else and they don't have a registration code, can they register their product?

Can I combine discounts or promotions?

Yes. Though with certain promotions a discount code might not stack. If you are part of a discount group you will still be able to buy at your discount level and take advantage of the promotion.

Are recent purchases eligible?

​No. This promotion only applies to purchases during the promotion time period.

Are there any guidelines or restrictions on custom text?

​Yes. YETI is unable to customize any products with text that is licensed, copyright, profane, or political in nature. All orders will be reviewed upon submission, and are subject to cancellation if determined to be outside of our customization guidelines. For full details on restricted text, please click here.

Can I customize my YETI product with my college name or slogan?

​YETI does have licensing agreements with many colleges, and these options will be available in our prepared design gallery. Due to copyright restrictions, we are unable to offer Collegiate customization outside of these prepared designs.

Is credit card my only payment option for custom orders?

Currently we only accept credit card, and YETI gift cards for customized product orders on YETI.com. Paypal and Affirm financing are exclusive to our orders that only contain non-custom products.
