Customization done incorrectly.
Order customization by adding a simple company logo, a white logo to be printed on blue tumbler. Instead, they sent the order with a muted gray logo. As such, it can barely be seen. Not sure why they decided to make this change without consulting me. It's pretty much useless as it cannot be seen easily. Also, no lid, nonsensical that other items comes with lid but this one requires you to order it separately.

Long Lasting Cold
Ice stays frozen for hours. When I wake up int he morning there is still frozen ice in the cup.

Love the cup but should come with a lid
I agree with the other review, it's inconceivable that this cup doesn't automatically come with a lid. It's not something you should need to purchase separately.

Cup is just right
Cup is perfect size when compared to the 30oz YETI cup. Not too big, not too small. Furthermore, the cup keeps whatever "contents" cold/hot for a very long time, is durable, and functional.
