Free Shipping

Eligible orders placed on YETI.com between 4/27/2019 and 6/19/2019 to be delivered within the contiguous United States by UPS Ground or UPS SurePost shipping are eligible for free shipping. All orders $19.98 and below will ship UPS SurePost for free. Not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States.


Shipping Cutoff Dates

Ordering by the dates listed below ensures YETI will ship out your order for on-time delivery by Father's Day. All services are provided by UPS. UPS shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events cannot be foreseen and may increase delivery timeframe. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Holiday Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

 

Ins and Outs of the YETI Return Policy

Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. YETI does not accept returns on customized products or items purchased outside of YETI.com.

 

You may exchange a YETI.com purchase for another YETI item of equal or greater value (in which you are responsible for the difference in cost) within 60 days after the original date of purchase. Exchanges for customized product or items purchased outside of YETI.com will not be accepted.

 

All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds and exchanges.

 

For all returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.

 

All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. Product is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange 60 days after the original purchase date.

 

To request a return, please complete the return form here. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Order form to include inside the box with your return(s). This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from YETI via phone or website.

 

YETI does not price match with dealers or competitors.

 

HOLIDAY FAQ

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We are unable to cancel or modify on your behalf after the order has shipped or once a customized product has entered production. For customized product, the timeline for production could be extended depending on the modifications made.

How long does customization take?

Our production timeline shifts daily depending on overall order volume. We process all orders in a first come first serve basis and we promise we are working as hard as we can to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, we offer the option to add a gift message when you checkout. Gift messages will be limited to 80 characters. Please note that all gift messages will not be audited for misspellings, foul language, etc.

Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?

At this time, we are unable to offer backorders or pre-orders for items that are out of stock. Sign up for in-stock alerts to be the first to know when a product is back in stock.

I gifted a YETI product to someone else and they don't have a code, can they register their product?

Yes, please contact the YETI Outfitter team here to register a product.

Does YETI honor dealer and competitor price matching or promotions?

No, YETI does not honor dealer and competitor price matching or promotions. Sign up for our email list to be the first to know about YETI deals or promotions.

EXPIRED PROMOTIONS

Overnight Shipping for $10 - EXPIRED

Eligible orders placed on YETI.com that select overnight delivery before 11:59 a.m. CDT 6/13/2019 to be delivered within the contiguous United States will receive guaranteed delivery for Father’s Day, 06/16/2019. Not available for gift cards, orders containing customized or licensed products, or orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States. Any attempted delivery, or an offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment, on or before June 16, 2019 shall constitute a fulfilled delivery for purposes of this offer. Any eligible orders for which the “Guaranteed Father’s Day Delivery” shipping method is selected at checkout that are not delivered by June 16, 2019 will be eligible for a free gift, unless the delay is due to an undeliverable address or an unforeseen circumstance outside of YETI’s control, such as a strike, a natural disaster or severe weather, and YETI shall not be responsible for such delays.


Free Guaranteed Delivery by Father's Day - EXPIRED

Eligible orders placed on YETI.com between 6:00 a.m. CDT on 6/10/2019 and 11:59 a.m. CDT 6/12/2019 to be delivered within the contiguous United States will receive free expedited shipping. Not available for gift cards, orders containing customized or licensed products, or orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States. SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our Shipping Policy

We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK® Hopper®, Panga™, LoadOut™, Silo™, Camino™, Hondo, or Rambler® to good use sooner.


YETI offers free UPS Ground shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for free shipping.


Reminder: All custom logo, collegiate, or monogrammed products will require additional processing time.


Shipping Options & Rates

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM CT for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.


The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options. Note that expedited shipping options do not expedite production time frames on customized product.

YETI and UPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2019. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

Contiguous United States

YETI uses UPS Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Shipping to a PO Box

YETI ships UPS Ground within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. We offer UPS SurePost option if you wish to ship to a PO Box. Please select UPS SurePost as your shipping option in checkout. Not all products are eligible to ship to a PO Box including the Tundra 250 and Tundra 350.


Alaska and Hawaii

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. To check your order status, click here.


Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

Return Policy

We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the goods in any way please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@salesforce.com or call 1 (800) 555 0199 as soon as possible. Please note that calls to 1 (800) 555 0199 that are not made from a US landline may be subject to a charge. If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you have the right to return them and receive a full refund. This right of return is without prejudice to your statutory right of cancellation, details of which are in the Order Cancellation section of the website. You may return goods and receive a refund provided:

  • They are received back at our Returns Department located at XXXXXX normally within 28 days. This 28 day period commences the day after your order has been shipped. Please see Return Instructions for details on the returns process.
  • They have not been damaged, washed, altered or worn and must include the original packaging, labelling and Returns Form located at the bottom of the Packing List (enclosed with the delivered goods). Please note that we are unable to accept returns for customized products.

We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that if the Salesforce Commerce Cloud returns process is not followed, Salesforce Commerce Cloud is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us. All sales involving customized products are final, and may not be returned. Please also note that you do not have a statutory cancellation right for customized products. If you purchased a customized product online and it is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1 (800) 555 0199 within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
