We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please
contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We are unable to cancel or modify on your behalf after the order has shipped or once a customized product has entered production. For customized product, the timeline for production could be extended depending on the modifications made.
Order processing will vary depending on the products purchased. For non-customized products please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Most shipments will take an additional 1-7 business days. For customized product, including collegiate and prepared designs, processing can range from 2-3 weeks. See our

Orders with customized and non-customized product will ship separately. Customized product has additional processing time and will be shipped once completed.
You will only be charged for a product once it has shipped.
We authorize your card for the full amount of the purchase when you place your order. If you placed a custom order, you may see the authorization fall off and reappear every 7 days until your order is ready to ship. You will only be charged for items on your order once they ship.
Your card will be charged the final amount when the order ships. The final amount may appear as several charges if your items ship separately.

All of our products are labeled or marked with their country of origin. Some of our Tundra coolers and all of our LoadOuts are manufactured in the U.S. and are designated as such. You can find these products by checking their labels in stores. All customized products are produced in Austin, TX and Monterrey, Mexico.
