Our Shipping Policy
We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, Hopper®, Panga™, LoadOut™, Silo®, Camino™, or Rambler® to good use sooner.
YETI offers free Ground shipping on qualified orders.
Shipping Options & Rates
We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options.

YETI will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2020. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

Estimated Arrival Dates
YETI uses Ground service on all shipments unless otherwise noted. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. To check your order status, click here.
Shipping to a Military Address
YETI ships CanadaPost CFPS for all shipments designated for APO, FPO, or military addresses.

Our Return Policy
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.REQUEST A RETURN
Ins and Outs of the YETI Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
All returns must be related to a YETI.ca order. YETI does not offer returns on items purchased outside of YETI.ca.
All returns must be processed through our customer service team within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.
Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. YETI does not accept returns on items purchased outside of YETI.ca.
For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on YETI.ca for the correct item.
YETI does not price match with dealers or competitors.
Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately through our Warranty Form and will be provided with a prepaid shipping label for the return of your eligible YETI product.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:
Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number.
Securely attach your return label to the package.
Ship your return based on the shipping label provided.
If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
