Our Shipping Policy

We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your YETI gear to good use sooner. YETI offers free Ground shipping on qualified orders $50.00 and up.

All shipping estimates are based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events cannot be foreseen and may increase delivery timeframe. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping Options & Rates

The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options. Express service is not available in select Atlantic Provinces (NS, NL) and Territories (NT, YT, NU).

Shipping Holidays

YETI and UPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2024. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

Estimated Arrival Dates

YETI uses Ground service on all shipments unless otherwise noted or Express service is selected by the customer. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing and an additional 1-7 business days for you order to arrive based on your location and products orders. Shipping to a Military Address

YETI ships CanadaPost CFPS for all shipments designated for APO, FPO, or military addresses.

Our Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days* of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.


REQUEST A RETURN

Ins and Outs of the YETI Return Policy


To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • All returns must be related to a YETI.ca order.

  • All merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

  • All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, a packing slip, pre-paid Purolator shipping label and shipping instructions will be provided.

  • All returns must be dropped off at a Purolator drop-off point. If you do not have access to a Purolator drop-off point, you will be responsible for paying for return shipping.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refunds will go back to all payment methods used. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products unless a YETI provided merchandise credit was applied to the original purchase. YETI does not accept returns on customized product.

YETI does not offer returns on YETI products purchased outside of YETI.ca or through our RESCUES program. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. All YETI RESCUES sales are final.

A return material authorization (“RMA”) number is required for all returns, which is generated within the Returns portal. If you choose to return your product by methods other than the free Purolator shipping option, you will still need to obtain the RMA number prior to shipping the product back to YETI.

Any shipping costs from the original order and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order on YETI.ca for the correct item.

YETI does not price match with dealers or competitors.


SHIPPING YOUR RETURN


We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.

  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.

  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number.

  • Securely attach your return label to the package. You will receive your prepaid Purolator shipping label once you submit your return.

  • Ship your return based on the Purolator shipping label provided. You will receive your prepaid UPS shipping label once you submit your return.

If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

*Please note: orders placed between 11/1/23 through 11/30/23 are eligible to be returned within 60 days of original purchase. All other orders are eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase.
