I registered my product but have not received my complimentary gift.
Registration gifts can take between 6-8 weeks to arrive from the date of your registration. If you still haven’t received your gift after that point, please contact us and we’ll get you taken care of.
Can I edit my registration?
Yes, please contact the YETI Outfitter team here to edit your registration.
I gifted a YETI product to someone else and they don't have a code, can they register their product?
Yes, please contact the YETI Outfitter team here to register a product.
What does the code "donotuse" mean under product registrations in my account?
Due to a system upgrade, older registration codes appear this way within your account. These codes are still valid and will continue to remain in your account.
I live outside of the U.S. and Canada. Can I register my YETI?
We do not support international product registrations at this time.
What is a serial number and where can I find it on my YETI?
Your YETI product has a small sticker with a 12-digit serial number and QR code. It’s out of plain sight, but easy to find. Check out the images below to locate the sticker on your YETI product.
Can I peel the sticker off of my YETI after registering my product?
Yes, once a product has been registered on YETI.com, you can remove it from your YETI.
