Free Shipping Promotion

All orders placed on YETI.com between 11/1/2018 and 12/31/2018 to be delivered within the contiguous United States by FedEx Ground shipping are eligible for free shipping. Not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States.


Shipping Cutoff Dates

Ordering by the dates listed below guarantees YETI will ship out your order for on-time delivery by December 24th, before Christmas. All services are provided by FedEx. FedEx shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events cannot be foreseen and may increase delivery timeframe. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. FedEx expedited options may not be available in all areas.

Holiday Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your YETI products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.


Ins and Outs of the YETI Return Policy

Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. YETI does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. YETI does not accept returns on customized products or items purchased outside of YETI.com.


You may exchange a YETI.com purchase for another YETI item of equal or greater value (in which you are responsible for the difference in cost) within 60 days after the original date of purchase. Exchanges for items purchased outside of YETI.com will not be accepted.


All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds and exchanges.


For all returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.


All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. Merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date is not eligible for refund or exchange.


Please complete the return form to approve your return request. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Order form to include inside the box with your return(s). This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from YETI via phone or website.


YETI does not price match with dealers or competitors.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel or edit you order after it is placed as we are working to get your order shipped as soon as possible.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes, we offer the option to add a gift message when you checkout. Gift messages will be limited to 80 characters. Please note that all gift messages will not be audited for misspellings, foul language, etc.

Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?

At this time, we are unable to offer backorders or pre-orders for items that are out of stock. Sign up for in-stock alerts to be the first to know when a product is back in stock.

I gifted a YETI product to someone else and they don't have a code, can they register their product?

Yes, please contact the YETI Outfitter team here to register a product.

Does YETI honor dealer and competitor price matching or promotions?

Our Shipping Policy

We want to get you your YETI® as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Tundra®, Roadie®, TANK® Hopper®, or Rambler® to good use sooner.


YETI offers free FedEx Ground shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for free shipping.


Reminder: All custom logo, collegiate, or monogrammed coolers will require additional processing time.


Shipping Options & Rates

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM CT for quickest delivery. These options are not available for collegiate coolers. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by FedEx. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. FedEx expedited options may not be available in all areas.

Contiguous United States

YETI uses FedEx Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Shipping to a PO Box

YETI ships FedEx Ground within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. We offer FedEx SmartPost option if you wish to ship to a PO Box. Please select FedEx SmartPost as your shipping option in checkout. Not all products are eligible to ship to a PO Box including the Tundra 250 and Tundra 350.


Alaska and Hawaii

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. To check your order status, click here.


Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.


International Shipping

YETI ships internationally to select countries through our partnership with Borderfree. Borderfree provides a global eCommerce solution for our international shoppers. By partnering with them, we can now provide product prices in the currency of your choice, aggressive international shipping costs, and the lowest possible guaranteed order total.


To access the international country selector, or for a list of available shipping countries and shopping currencies, click Change Country in the footer of the website to select your country and currency. Once a country is selected, product prices will appear in the local currency and order totals will be populated to include international shipping costs.
